Elementary Schools

We have six elementary schools, each serving students in Kindergarten through Grade 6.

Alice Smith Elementary

Welcome to Alice Smith Elementary where we work as a caring community of staff, parents, and community members to inspire, educate, and celebrate the whole child.

Eisenhower Elementary

Welcome to Eisenhower Elementary. We work in partnership with parents to give our students an excellent school experience. Visit the links to the left to see who we are and what we have to offer children and families.

Gatewood Elementary

For almost 40 years, Gatewood Elementary has served Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, and Hopkins communities. It has blended a respect for equity with an embrace of the future, academic rigor with a caring heart, and an appreciation of the individual with the warmth of a small school community.

Glen Lake Elementary

From the minute you walk in the door, you notice something special about Glen Lake! Our students are engaged in learning, and our teachers work tirelessly to inspire and motivate them. We provide challenging and meaningful learning experiences in a safe, caring, and respectful environment.

L. H. Tanglen Elementary

Tanglen serves about 600 students in grades K-6. Like other Hopkins elementary schools, Tanglen primarily serves families from our surrounding neighborhoods, but we also have welcomed many students from other districts whose families have chosen our school because of our strong programs.

Meadowbrook Elementary

Nestled among gardens and trees in Golden Valley, Meadowbrook is one of six elementary schools in the Hopkins School District. With approximately 730 students in grades K-6, Meadowbrook has highly skilled and caring teachers and staff members.

XinXing Academy
