Kecia has been a teacher with Transition Plus since the Fall of 1999. She was one of the originators in creating the program and she has a good, strong work ethic. Her Portfolio Management class is growing with success year after year - students are able to create and take home a self-made binder with that readily prepares them for the community and life after Transition Plus.

Tom Kvale has been working with Hopkins Public Schools since 2001. For 7 years he taught adjudicated youth at Epsilon, which is the educational component of the Hennepin County Home School. Currently he is a special educator with the Transition Plus Program.

Lisa has always taught in Special Education. She was employed in the St Paul School District, and the Anoka School District, in the elementary levels. Currently she is a special education teacher and a licensed work coordinator for the Transition Plus Program.
